My website is GONE unexpectedly!!!!! HELP!

    For the past couple of years I've used Go Daddy and WordPress.com to launch and maintain my blog site, http://www.igiveitayikes.com.

    I went to post something last week to find that the website IS GONE. I called Go Daddy, and they said it was being hosted through Dream Host whom I had never set an account up with. I called them, disconnected them, then now Go Daddy says they don't know where to route the host name because my WordPress site is gone.

    It's ALL of my writing. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE help me find out what happened and how I get it back!? Or if I even can!?!?!

    That blog was a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can't help with.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

    WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress via their Codex and Support Forums.
