   Hi,

   I have searched the forum and web for a while but no direct answer on this question. I would like my longer posts to appear on the homepage as shorter excerpt and I'm using the Read the Rest of this Entry/ More tag. When I put one in and try to access the post from the homepage with the read more, it brings up the right post, but the top line of text is cut off.

   I've put up a dummy post "Lorem Ipsum" on my blog to illustrate.

   Any ideas?

   Happens with all page jumps, no matter what the theme, and it's WP's mistake: first line gets hidden by the grey admin bar.

   Thanks panaghiotisadam. I came up with a solution to just start every post with a

   -

   and start my post after so only the dash gets cut off and my post stays ok.
