I'm trying to change the nameservers for my client's domain. I'm in the dashboard, I'm in the domain section, but for the life of me I don't see any option to change the nameservers. I've looked at the help and I see a section that I simply cannot get to (Domain Management).
I've been looking for about 3 hours. Any help would be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is speakingtomakeadifference.com.
Since speakingtomakeadifference.com is not registered with WordPress.COM you will have better luck changing the name servers at the Registrar - fastdomain.com where the domain name is registered

Anyways, I do believe he is registered with WordPress.com. He is shown as having an active subscription of $13.00.

There is no room for debate here. This support forum is only for those who have blogs being hosted by WordPress.com and that one isn't being hosted by WordPress.com.
$ 13.00 would be for domain mapping not domain registration - the blog speakingtomakeadifference.com is mapped and working fine if they want to still be on WordPress.COM -
Are you asking about a different blog? If so we need the custom domain name and base WordPress.COM blog to give you accurate help.

The subscription is for domain mapping ie. mapping from a .wordpress.com blog to an existing domain. The nameservers for that domain are here.

No need to be rude, and I am not trying to "debate" anyone. I am working with someone who is unaware of these things (hence I'm volunteering), and I myself have not dealt with WordPress.com very much. I didn't think to check the WHOIS information.
This is a help forum, is it not? I am representing someone who is affiliated with WordPress.com.

Actually, the URL in the OP is the URL I needed help with. Not sure what I said that would cause distrust of that fact, other than -- you know, ask for assistance on a help board.

I gave you the correct answer the first post - you chose to argue with me - that is why I ask for more info -
PS - we have a study stream of people in here charging for things they have no right to charge for with not a clue what they are charging for - sorry after a few years I am a bit cynical of any one that sounds like they are on the clock charging for 3 hours that should have been 5 or 10 minutes work -
Lets end this discussion on a positive note, shall we? You may have cause to be cynical, but I assure you I am not your target. I am trying to start an organization that helps disabled entrepreneurs establish a web presence so they can earn an income.
The owner of this account started things prior to meeting me. I am attempting to help him get straightened out. I don't charge anyone for my service.
Timethief -- I'm glad you have a nice life. Truly I am. And yes, magically the website became active because I managed to change the nameservers. I run a resellers account which, and I donate the space.
Lastly, thank you for the assistance, minus the cynicism. I do appreciate it.
