Narga Theme Displaying Improperly on iPad

  1. My site, http://GrandstandU.com, uses a NARGA theme and when displayed on the iPad, looks all messed up. The sidebar is displayed on the bottom and the header is slightly off. Any ideas?

    The blog I need help with is pigskinpros.wordpress.com.

  2. I see that http://GrandstandU.com is using WordPress, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. This forum is for WordPress.com questions though, so I will try to point you in the right direction and then advise you about the best place to post future questions.

    I do see what you mean about the header and the sidebar, but it looks to me like the sidebar moving to the bottom for small displays is by design. To illustrate, here is one part snippet of CSS that is relevant. It make it so screens that a minimum of 64.063em wide (so 64.063em or larger) will display the element with "large-8" as a class at 66.66667%. To change that, you would need to take that part of the CSS out of the @media block it's in. However, I wouldn't recommend it because some of the elements inside the sidebar want to be at least a certain width, so they will explode outside their sidebar container.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 64.063em) {
    .large-8 {
    position: relative;
    width: 66.66667%;
    }
    .large-4 {
    position: relative;
    width: 33.33333%;
    }
    }

    Many themes move the sidebar widgets to the bottom for small screen sizes because the sidebars don't look good if the width for the sidebar gets too small.

    Because your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, you should ask additional questions either in the volunteer-based forums at http://wordpress.org/support/ or ask the NARGA theme developer for help directly. There are also services you can hire to make design adjustments and we have a form setup for those in case you'd like to check it out:
