Nav bar drop down skipping a section

    Hey everyone.. Thanks for taking time out to help. To get to the point the website is

    http://www.casselberrycommunitytaskforce.org If you hover over "all about us" or "care cabin" you will see a drop menu. And you will see exactly what the issue is.

    seems as if it skips were the 1st option would be (blank spot) then shows the tabs.

    Any ideas?

    Also if anyone has a better idea for the css for the menu alignment I'd love to hear it. Sucks how any changes i do in the css appear differently on chrome vs I.E.
