nav bar links not active

  1. My main nav bar has the right list of pages but the links don't work. In Appearance --> Menus the links are there but not on the page. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

The blog I need help with is bstrausstest.wordpress.com.

  2. I'm using Firefox 10.0.2 and IE8 and I clicked all of the tabs in the menu in the blog linked to your username. They are all active and operating normally.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here. http://browsehappy.com/ Note: BETA brrowser versions are buggy so use the latest stable version.
Have you tried using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled?
Do you have third party cookies enabled? http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
Do you have JavaScript enabled? http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
Exactly which browser and version of it are you using? If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
Do you have another browser you can try?

  3. I saw "Newsy" in the sidebar and huned down this URL. I assume you mean this blog http://bstrausstest.wordpress.com/

Newsy is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no access to premium themes and no knowledge of how they are designed to operate. When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer in the Premium Theme Support Forum. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it. (Do note that as it's the weekend it's unlikely that you will receive support until tomorrow. )

  4. Thank you so much for all this. I tried on the latest Chrome and Safari 5.1.2 on a Mac. Neither works. I emptied my cache and cleared my cookies. No luck.

I will try the Premium Support Forum, which I forgot existed. (This is my first Premium Theme.) And I will be patient.

    Thank you again.

  5. You're welcome.
