nav bar on header 20 11

    I am using WordPress for my blog with the Theme Twenty Eleven but on the header I would like to add a navigation bar - how do I do that?

    The blog I need help with is monsieurpapillon.wordpress.com.

    I believe you are referring to a cusom menu.
