navigation bar replaced by "mobile site-fll site" bar

  1. My navigation bar has been replaced by a "mobile site - full site" toggle bar. I can't remove it and need to go to Site Admin to access my dashboard and other functions that were on the bar at the top of the page.

I put a screen capture on this post: http://108zenbooks.com/2011/05/28/nav-bar-problem/?preview=true&preview_id=4429&preview_nonce=22782e03c3

    Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Lynette
