This link to a 2-minute ABC News video won't post:

When you press "share" from the abc site, you get a menu of a lot of networking sites, but nothing for WordPress. Wah, it's a segment showing a woman reading my book and I wanted to share! Ideas? You can possibly insert the video using the vodpod button.

The one thing I'll mention is that many sites are now making their videos to where you cannot embed them in other sites - especially news sites since it is actually their copyrighted material. If they have embedding disabled, then your only choice would be to link to the video on their site.
