   You can go here Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and select a theme and activate it as many times as you choose to. This is the link to the Themes Showcase http://theme.wordpress.com/ After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets re-install them where you want them to appear.

   Note that they don't show on the blog until you've used them in a post http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/
