need help connecting my blogs to my name

  1. Hi,
I'm beyond frustrated at trying to connect my blogs to my name. I know I've done something wrong here, I'd just like to right it all.
I have two blogs created on or around July 17, 2013 - iheartelephants.org and shapeshiftinginct - The first one I bought the domain for, the second one is a wordpress.com name, both are wordpress.com blogs. I have actually written a blog post for the elephant one. Somehow they've been disconnected from my name.
To complicate matters, I have a third one, I believe it's called scarletseye. Ideally I'd like them all to be under one name. I have two email accounts, that may be part of the problem. I will wait to hear from you because I'm not sure how safe it is to reveal info in a public forum. Thanks!

  2. You did not specify a blog address or reason for posting when you created this topic.

This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you'll find help at the WordPress.org forums.

If you don't understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.

If you forgot to include a link to your blog, you can reply and include it below. It'll help people to answer your question.

    This is an automated message.

  3. I'm not sure if you need this in addition to what I've sent in the previous email, but here goes-
the blogs that I referenced are as follows:
    iheartelephants.org - wordpress.com blog
    shapeshiftinginct - woordpress.com blog
scarletseye.com - not sure if this is .com or .org! It was set up a couple of years ago.
    Thank you.

  4. Somehow they've been disconnected from my name.

    iheartelephants.org exists
    shapeshiftinginct.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
    scarletrileyrealtor.wordpress.com exists

If you have signed up with more than one email address/username and now want all your sites to appear under one username, then you will need to transfer each site to the account under which you want to manage it. Just be aware that your username will appear as the author on all sites in your account.

You can see what sites are connected to each username on the "My Blogs" page after you sign in to WordPress.com with each separate account.

If you mean something else entirely, please give more details. If you give your email addresses here in the forum in the regular format, it will be redacted by the system and not appear here, but Staff will still be able to see them.
