Need help exporting/importing data.

    After repeated attempts at receiving support via email with no replies, and a website that has been down for nearly 3 weeks, I am currently dissatisfied with a company that, in the past, I've been pleased with.

    We have switched hosts from wordpress.com to godaddy.
    We are using the export tool to export/import the data.

    We have tried to "Download and import file attachments". The posts transferred fine, however, only 1/3 of the images were uploaded as requested (however they did not appear to attach to the posts). I have tried this multiple times and have even exported files one month at a time. It still won't download/upload those images. Since I don't have access to FTP or database or even the use of premium plug-ins via the wordpress hosted site, I'm not sure what other options I have. Can someone please help?

    Are the missing images on WordPress.com servers and found in your Media Library or are they remotely hosted on third party sites such as Flickr, Photobucket, etc.?

    all hosted on WP and in my media library

    I appreciate it. I'm not a user of these forums typically, but perhaps I should have come here when I had to take my website down because I didn't have any media...3 weeks ago.

    Your export file from us appears to be complete and correct. Unfortunately, that's all we can guarantee.
