i just bought my personal web domain through wordpress but after this i don't have any idea...
i tried to connect between my blog & the domain but it can't be done...
is there anything that i can do so i can use my new domain ASAP ...
waiting for help...
now i can't connect to my Dashboard
Please i need help anyone... if you use the domain mapping and you face a problem like mine please help...
Could you post both your domains please? Did you use a echeck (such as Paypal) when you bought it? Another thing to try is going into the administration panel (located at the bottom of the dashboard's domain page)>
i had a little trouble when i first started.
make sure it is redirecting to your new domain.
how much have u paid for this i dint get u, did u purchase the domain from wordpress itself????
if u have the domain
go to upgrade page click on domain add ur domain there by typing in, den just next to ur domain listed below there wud be a option put your blog here, click on it......make sure that u have paid wordpress for using the service domain mapping....and one more important thing if the domain u have purchased apart from wordpress go to the control panel of your domain and there the nameservers must be of wordpress not of that registrar....so ask ur registrar to do so or u can do on your own thru control panel.....if u have purchased the domain thru wordpress den nameservers wud automatically be of wordpress der den u have to just click on the option put my blog here dats it.....
