I want to make the body of blog bigger. The images are now being cut off.

you need to either:
* buy the custom CSS upgrade
* switch to a fluid width theme, such as sandbox, rubric, andreas (04 or 09), shocking blue green, simpla, etc. -
Using thumbnails may also be a good idea. Please remember that more that 70% of the net isn't on DSL or cable still. :)
