    Can't seem to find it anywhere -

    The blog I need help with is everydaypublicrelations.org.

    You cannot transfer a domain to another registrar for 60 days after purchase. This is an ICANN rule. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar
