I cancelled my upgrade the same night I got it, and it said cancellation pending, however now that i look at it, nothing happen and i didn't get my money back, and now it said I can't cancel any more, I need my money back

Yes, i know, my concern is with jsgconsturctions.com that domain and mapping have not being refunded, and now I cant even cancel it anymore, I cancel that one the same night I purchased it, but it said the cancellation was pending I thought I was cancel for sure, but when I did not recive my money back, I checked and I no longer had the option to be refunded my money, I was really mad.
Staff have replied to you. You cannot cancel what no longer exists.
