I purchased a theme called "Shelf" but you can't use widgets with it...who would design such a theme? Anyway, can I get my money back?

You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store section of your dashboard, where you'll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a "Cancel" button.
