So my buddy and I do a podcast together and we upload it on WordPress, and we're trying to get our podcast featured on iTunes, but they need our RSS feed URL. How do I find/get this?

Well, iTunes is a sort of special case, but the RSS for your actual blog is http://thejayandclayshow.wordpress.com/feed
I see you've flagged this thread with "iTunes" and will await the answer myself, as my students are interested. You may want to contact the Foreskin Radio guys, as they are on iTunes and also on WP.com
