   My company is launching some tourism portals that we want to launch in
   wordpress. We need to hire a WP pro to:

   1) Help us purchase some canned theme portal templates conducive to selling adverising
   2) Implementing the site on our servers
   3) Coaching us on how to run the site
   4) Making ongoing additions and alterations
