Need to point my domain to Weebly Servers

    Hello!

    I am also interested in this change I have built my website on wordpress, but am now interested in moving my domain name to Weebly.

    I created a website with Weebly and need to point my domain to their servers. Can you set this up for me or walk me through the process of making these changes? I need to create A-Records for "www" and for my root domain. That's one record for "www" pointing to 199.34.228.100. And one record for the root domain pointing to 199.34.228.100.

    Note that I want to keep using you as my domain registrar. I am not requesting a transfer and do not have new name servers to provide you.

    If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers

    Weebly does not support nameservers - this only works by changing the IP address which the domain points to.

    Thanks - I posted in another thread actually over a day ago...so I decided to open my own thread with the hopes of some support. I'm a small business owner, so just anxious to get my new site up. Thanks though.

    Thanks for letting me know this is a duplicate thread. Return to http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/need-help-changing-domain-from-wordpress-to-weebly?replies=8#post-1157150 knowing that Staff work from the earliest dated threads forward. Posting duplicate moves the date forward and that means it takes longer to get help. This thread will be closed.
