Need to renew domain in redemption period

  1. My domain expired Feb 1st, so based on what I have read I need to renew through WP registrar. If I can correspond with a WP staff member I could arrange to renew for $97, which includes $17 for the domain and an additional cost of $80 for a late renewal.

    How do I get in touch with customer support to renew my domain?

  6. No I'm sorry but there isn't. There are currently 9 pages of threads tagged for Staff and how long it takes to clear them depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread are.

    Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    Don’t bump your thread again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Don’t create a new thread or send an email for support either.

    When bloggers keep bumping any thread thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

  7. Dustin, a happiness engineer, emailed me about renewing this domain and the charges that go with it. I replied that I will gladly pay with the link he would supply, but I have not heard from him in over 24 hrs.

    I'm posting this here hoping Dustin can respond with a link to pay the charges for domain renewal.
