I am simply a zoology student. I want to spread information related to my field. I know i am a beginner blogger n 1st step is always difficult but it is essential to take 1st step to move on.

If you want to get readers and return readers to your blog, you need to search for relelvant similar blogs to yours, read what they are saying, comment if you have anything valid to say not just beg for someone to then go and read yours. If you've blogged about something similiar to then, then say so and provide a link.
This forum is to gain advice and support on issues with wordpress.com not to gain viewers to your blog, only you can do that by getting out there on other blogs and commenting helpfully, and if you blog enough and use the relevant tags these will be picked up on in google helping you get more readers/views.
