Needed help with guided transfer

    not getting any help with transfering my wordpress to godaddy. i paid you guys weeks ago for guided transfer to move my blog antiquesfrederickmd.com to godaddy why has no one contacted me ??? can someone contact me within the next few days.. if i dont hear from support by friday this week i want a refund... do you guys have anyone working there? this is the second time ive paid for guided transfer waited weeks with no reply ?? whats going on with this.. where is the help.. i paid for the updating my domain for another year and now my site is totally down.... not very happy with support at all..

    The blog I need help with is antiquesfrederickmd.com.

    you guys have no phone number or nothing,, as big as wordpress is and no phone number for support... come on now..

    hello can anyone please help???????? i paid for this 130$ which is alot of money and ive tried to contact support with no replies,..... whats the deal???

    i want to move my site from wordpress.com to My own paid hosting on godaddy please anyone i desperately need help!!!! does wordpress have a phone # because they are not replying to any support requests.... :( i need to be able to install plugins.

    hello anyone 130$ is not money i like just throwing away??? i cant even get a reply from support about a refund now?!?!?
