I am trying to add sub-pages (nested) under the main categories (pages)
For example: under the "sports" main page I would like to make each article a sub-page (which I have made pages and nested them under the sports page.
however, whe you go to the sports page there is no indication or way to navigate to the sub pages. How do I direct anyone to the sub-page(s)?

The blog I need help with is thetrumor.wordpress.com.
The pages widget - added to your sidebar from Appearance -> Widgets - will display all sub-page links on your blog. Unless specified by the theme, sub-pages will not automatically appear as links on their respective parent pages.
Only four themes automatically produce links to subpages - see here:

For all the rest, you have to add such links manually.
