I want to add a new admin to my blog. I heard that I need to download some plug-in. Does somebody know which one?

You can't do Plug-in's here. Just add the user then upgrade them to Admin. Keep in mind that you then give them the ability to totally trash your blog and change the look etc - safer to make them Editor.

I agree that's it's far safer to choose to assign your friend the Editor role. In fact we recommend that there be only one Admin per blog due to the antics we have seen that have included deleting the original Admin and the whole blog. Once a blog is deleted it's gone forever and the URL cannot be recycled and reused by anyone.
