   I have created and have been the administrator of asker.wordpress.com for some years, and have used two different email addresses to be able to be administrator of that blog in addition to my own blogs.

   Now someone else was going to take over as administrator of asker.wordpress, and I changed to her mail-address under "settings", and the new administrator accepted that her mail address should take over. I checked afterwards, and everything seemed OK.

   We did not remember that the new administrator already had her own blog (http://tigrachilli.wordpress.com/) registered on the same mail address, and probably this is now causing problems, because none of us can access asker.wordpress.com any longer, obviously we don't have the correct password. When asking to have password resent, the new administrator does not get any mail about this (and I don't receive it either).

   How can one of us get access to asker.wordpress.com again?

   Continued:
   With same admin for both (http://tigrachilli.wordpress.com/) and http://asker.wordpress.com we believed that asker.wordpress.com blog should show up under the button "blogs" when the new administrator had logged in (as it does for another admin of asker.wordpress.com without access to "settings"). Regrettably we only see http://tigrachilli.wordpress.com (blog of the new administrator), not http://asker.wordpress.com.

   We Volunteers cannot help with this issue. Will both of you please contact Staff with all your details. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

   Thanks for your reply. I contacted support 19th Sep, but still no reply. Does it usually take a few days?

   asker.wordpress.com apparently belongs to an entirely different username. If you're not sure which one, we'll get back to you via email very soon.

   Ownership and username details really aren't something to discuss on the public forums.
