   Does the Oxygen theme support custom menus?
   If so, how do we access it?
   How do we get pages to not be in alphabetical order?
   How do we make pages center aligned and not left aligned?

   The blog I need help with is lesleyshea.wordpress.com.

   The answer is "yes".

   By creating a custom menu, http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pages adding the pages to it, http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pages and placing them in the order you want them in.

   How do we make pages center aligned and not left aligned?

   That can't be done without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ and doing the required CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/
