When I make a new page, the name of the new page is not listed in the top menu.
What is the solution to this?

Is it possible that the page is now in draft form? If so then if you go to your dashboard and click "manage" and then "pages" you may find it there as a draft. If so you can edit it and click publish and you problem will be solved. Good luck.
I see 2 pages on your blog "home" and "om bloggen". You have not placed your pages widget in your sidebar yet and the pages cannot be listed there until you do that.
