I added a new post and in view and edit it looks ok. On the actual blog the end of my latest post seems to overlap the beginning of a previous post, however, if I click on the previous post by title, the post appears normally and error free.

there are two Oct 17 posts. Can only see one.
I admit to being VERY inexperienced at this, so please use small words in reply! lol!

Hi. It looks like you have a superfulous <div> tag somewhere. Try the tips here:

I know, this is not exactly a sidebar issue, but the tips should help anyway.
If you are using a word processor to type your posts and then copying and pasting, I suggest you stop... and read the following;
