New Registered Domain does not link to pages

  1. I registered a domain with WordPress and set it as my primary domain. However, when I go to http://girlvsdrink.com the message that displays is: "Not Found. Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here." instead of the HOME page that I created. It doesn't allow me to create a page without an extension to default to just http://girlvsdrink.com

When I add /home to the url it pulls it up. Shouldn't it do that automatically?!? I've searched all my settings, the support pages and the forum and can't seem to find the answer to this. Help! Thank you in advance.

The blog I need help with is girlvsdrink.com.

  2. It could be that the domain hasn't propagated to the internet yet It takes about 24 hours sometimes less.

i can allright except that there isn't anything yet on it. I was expecting a nice bird getting drunk but alas not a chance!!!!!

    Good luck.

  3. I meant to say "I can see allright"

  4. Thanks! It seems to be working now and I'm going to delete the 'Home' page cause we don't actually need it. Just starting this blog so we're trying to learn WordPress. :o)
