I just started a blog on my own seever:

I have registered a wordpress acount on wordpress.com but I'm trying to find a way to submit my blog at racerking.com to my wordpress website account?
How can I do this, so my wordpress account linnks to my racerking.com blog?

You can't; they're two separate platforms. You won't be able to post to racerking.com through the WordPress blog, if that's what you're asking.

You could include a link to your wordpress blog on racerking.com, but you can't use your wordpress blog as a part of racerking.com, for instance to boost your search engine rankings. They're two different sites entirely.
You can link to racerking.com from your WordPress blog just the same way.
You might be able to take your posts from racerking and post them on your wordpress blog automatically, as an import. Is that what you want to do?
