New to wordpress got a strange error, help!

    I'm new to blogging and wordpress and I'm just trying to create a fully functioning blog. I have a website hosted through godaddy and have the blog installed in my root directory in a folder named "blog." Everytime i try to add or change something to the blog i get the following error:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/t/b/l/tblogger1/html/blog/wp-content/themes/deep-blue-10/functions.php:13) in /home/content/t/b/l/tblogger1/html/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 390

    You landed in the wrong forum, I think? Your blog must belong to the .org company - selfhosted blogs usually do. This is .com ad we know very little about the blogging system they have over there. Here you have a link to Word.Press.org:
