Hi.. I am a newbie to all this, but looking to create a site where I can load custom made (by me) Facebook timeline covers for visitors to download/save and use on their own timeline. I would like to have several categories and be able to upload new photos in bulk.
Any suggestions on Themes/Templates or any additional guidance , advice or tip would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to look at the themes that are made for photography and photoblogging:

However, all blogs use the same photo uploader and allow categories, so there aren't restrictions in that sense. It's just that these themes are made to focus on images, which seems like a good choice for your purposes.
