   I am running out of patience, this is the third time I have tried to contact you about my No Ad upgrade. I purchased a No Ad upgrade on 10/23/2012 and as of today, 11/1/2012 there are still ads running on my site. I even tried to contact you thru the refund option in hopes of getting your attention on this matter. I would like the ads stopped on my site and when that happens I expect my upgrade start date to be adjusted to reflect the ACTUAL date that my upgrade took effect.

   If the ads you see are found at the end of blog posts then what you are seeing is WordPress.com generated advertising.

   WordPress.com does not use text enhance or text link ads or pop-up ads or links in comments. If you are seeing those then that's a browser-ad-on issue, or in some cases, it's embedded into free games downloaded from the internet. See here: Bloggers: Beware of Adware.
