  Am I missing something? There’s no way to post a new question in the Bromley theme forum.

  What is the link to the forum? If you’re talking about https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/bromley, there is no link to add a new question on a tag page. Add it in the Themes forum and tag it Bromley.
