  I want all my visitors – not just my WP-registered and logged in visitors – to have links to their blogs automatically displayed along with their comments. How can I make that happen? I’m using the Connections theme.

  That’s up to the commenter as they have to fill in the “website” field when they comment. You can force them to enter a name and email under options > discussion, but you cannot force them to enter a website URL because some may not have one.

  As long as they have the option, I’m happy. So they do get the option of filling out a URL field?

  yes there is always a url option.

  You will not see the name, email and website fields when you are logged into wordpress, but if you visit your blog while logged out you will see them.
