The upgrades support page claims there should be a cancel button/link next to each of my upgrades. But, on my My Upgrades page there are no such buttons/links.
To add to the confusion, the domains settings page helpfully suggests, "Please contact support if you wish to delete a registered domain." When I click on the "contact support" link I arrive at a page that apologizes for only offering support to those who have purchased upgrades. Well, I have purchased upgrades, but there is no contact form for me to request a domain deletion.
I'm stuck. Please help.
