No "Cancel" button under My Upgrades to cancel WordPress Value Bundle

  1. No cancel button. How do I stop automatic payment on this?

    The blog I need help with is jmafa.org.

  2. Under the WordPress Value Bundle heading below the blurb about the renewal status/time/etc. in My Upgrades you should see (depending on your credit card status) links to update your credit card or enable auto renew, disable auto renew and cancel. Are you not seeing any of that?

  3. You ought to be able to disable auto-renew of any upgrade here > Store > My Upgrades
    click the "disable auto-renew" link.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  4. I'm not seeing update credit card/enable auto renew/disable auto renew/cancel.

    It could be possible that a different username/pw purchased the upgrades. Is there anywhere to see what other usernames/pw are attached to the site?

  5. If your username account purchased the upgrade it will be found here > Store > My Upgrades

  6. Hi there - the Value Bundle upgrade is owned by another user, who is the second administrator on your site. If you log in as that user you should see it under Store > My Upgrades.
