no custom fields in the screen options?

  1. im really desperate here. you´re supposed to find the custom fields in the screen options of your post. but its not there. i opened the screen options but theres i tried different templates, updated my browser (firefox) and googled like a thousand times. whats wrong? is it only available for wordpress.org?

The blog I need help with is hardcorefeelings.wordpress.com.

  2. Hi! I've never seen "custom fields" in screen options & don't know what it is, so I presume that it's either a wordpress.org-world feature or that it's theme-dependent.

  3. We did have them here on WordPress.com, a long, long, time ago and they were removed entirely. Now only available for ORG users.

What exactly is it you are wanting to do with a custom field?

  4. I would like to add my garmin maps and stats on my blog...embed the image. how can you do this using twenty ten theme? Like everyone else I cannot find the Custom Field Option...
