No Mobile option under Appearance (Urgent)

  1. Hello everyone. I am working on a blog of a friend and she would want to disable mobile themes so that whenever viewers view her blog on a mobile device, it doesn't adapt on the mobile's screen size and stays as it is just like how it is seen on desktop views.

Now, I have found out on how to disable mobile responsiveness just by going to Mobile under Appearance. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find Mobile under Appearance in her blog. (Click here to see photo). I tried logging in to my own account the Mobile option under Appearance is there. My friend is using kawaii.ph domain, which I think is a custom domain(?) She is using the Adelle theme.

Can somebody please help me? I really need help asap.

  2. That's WordPress.ORG install and we cannot help with it. Our documentation does not apply to it. This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don't have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  3. Okay, thank you so much!

  4. You're welcome.
