Sorry if this has been asked already. I am using the oceran mist theme, but I cannot see, or find a way to add a navigation tabe that says either 'blog' or 'home'.
can someone please advise how you get a tab to show.

that is how the theme is designed i recommend choosing from one the many other themes that staff have added.
The only way would be to use a static front page for your blog and name it home and then create a new blog post page and name it something like blog or posts.
