soyluvI am using the theme: Vigilance on a poetry blog that people make submissions to and as such, formatting is really crucial. I can't not have stanzas break the exact way that a contributor's piece is written. Today, to no avail, can I create paragraph spaces (stanza breaks) for a new posting on my dashboard. The same thing happened yesterday or day before with the same piece so I just left it languishing and hoped it would be back to normal today. Anyone know how to resolve this?
In the edit stage, the stanza/paragraph breaks are there when I place them and when I save the draft or preview, it consistently lumps the whole poem together and the breaks disappear. I've tried and retried multiple times. It does the same thing whether I copy and paste the piece or type in the lines (luckily it's not a long poem). I don't know what to do about it. And I've switched themes a few times already in the life of this blog. Any thoughts on what could help? Does anyone else writing/posting poems find problems with creating stanza breaks when you need them inside certain themes? It's not the first time I've seen it but it usually goes away and this time it won't. Sigh.
