no paste from Word

    All of a sudden I find that I have only one row of icons and it does not include Paste from Word. How do I get that icon back?

    The blog I need help with is managementme.wordpress.com.

    Click on the far right icon at the top of the edit text block - Kitchen Sink and the 2nd row should appear.
