No "plugin" button available... Please help!

    I'm trying to install a plugin to my blog but I don't have a "plugin" option/button on my dashboard menu...

    I've looked at numerous tutorials and I've notice that everyone have a "plugin" button, but mine done:(

    Please help!

    The blog I need help with is secrets4savings.wordpress.com.

    There is no FTP access to WordPress.com blogs and we can't install plugins. They are only for WordPress.org self-hosted installs.
    For clarity read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
