Hi great community of wordpress, is there a plugin or widget available for our wordpress.com blogs (mines fresh news)
where there is a floating media share dock on the left side of your post? that would really be great!

Sorry, no there is not, and plugins cannot be used here. Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress installations.
