WordPress is famous for better user experience. Isn't really better when you will receive customer support for your problem? I have hosted my site with wordpress, so I'm supposed to have my support questions answered. In the past one week, I have sent two issues to the support team. I have not received any reply for my questions. I'm not able to even search my support questions, I call it bad user experience.

Here is my problem. I uploaded some images a week ago to my blog. I want to edit some images by rotating them. I used the menu MEDIA\LIBRARY\ When I save the image after editing, I get an error 'Unable to save the image'. This happens on both Firefox and IE. On IE, after I receive the message the browser simply crashes.

The blog I need help with is beprosper.us.

I received a response in my other email on 10th for a ticket that I opened on 7th. The response was, I have to send the link to the image.

  3. Elemin is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this peer support forum have no access to or knowledge of how they are designed to operate. When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer in the Premium Theme Support Forum. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard

There are troubleshooting images tips you can try.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/troubleshooting-images/

These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
    confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
confirming Flash is updated http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and if required installing the latest version of Flash http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
    trying another browser

If those do not work Staff needs to know how are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. And they also need to know exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/

What I have used is a menu option from wordpress. If you are not familiar, here is how you go there. Click MEDIA from the left side of the admin screen. Then click LIBRARY. You will see a list of images. Click an image and then try to edit it. I believe this has anything to do with the premium theme that is being used.
