WordPress is famous for better user experience. Isn't really better when you will receive customer support for your problem? I have hosted my site with wordpress, so I'm supposed to have my support questions answered. In the past one week, I have sent two issues to the support team. I have not received any reply for my questions. I'm not able to even search my support questions, I call it bad user experience.
Here is my problem. I uploaded some images a week ago to my blog. I want to edit some images by rotating them. I used the menu MEDIA\LIBRARY\ When I save the image after editing, I get an error 'Unable to save the image'. This happens on both Firefox and IE. On IE, after I receive the message the browser simply crashes.
