No "visible --yes or no" when adding link?

    When I try to add a link, why is there no "visible yes or no" to click ?

    On the right side at the top, under the "Visit Link" button in the Add New Link window, there's a checkbox that says "keep this link private", that is what determines if it is visible or not in your blogroll.
