I've been tryiing to get a blog started and can't even get past the "Hello" page. Either I don't have the whole program, my computer isn't working well with it, or this program is missing a lot to help someone through it.
The blog I need help with is politicsreligionusa.wordpress.com.
First of all, if you're using IE, upgrade to IE9.
After upgrading your software, check http://learn.wordpress.com
