I am not able to access my dashboard or web site with out responding to the certificate. Domain Name Mismatch.
How would you suggest that I proceed???

I have never seen this before and don't really know what to suggest. Have you changed your anti virus settings lately? Or changed your browser settings?
I have also encountered the same problem only today. Could WP please advise? Thanks!
I'm experiencing the same scenario and it's not a local problem because I've made no changes to my system. It just started appearing this morning when I try to view my blog or use the admin tools. This is potentially a security issue so I'd like to see the guys at WP give this their utmost urgent attention please.

Below is the message that I've been getting all day whenever I try to view any wordpress.com blog (including my own) with Firefox. It's now bedtime over here, but I intend to contact support if the problem isn't resolved by tomorrow morning.
Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch
You have attempted to establish a connection with "s2.wordpress.com". However, the security certificate presented belongs to "(edgecastcdn.net , ne.edgecastcdn.net , minitab.fileburst.com , cdn.montimbrenligne.laposte.fr , zeroknowledge.fileburst.com , images.goldstarbeta.com , radialpoint.fileburst.com , wac.edgecastcdn.net , ne.wac.edgecastcdn.net , images.goldstar.com , images.vrbo.com , cdn.vrbo.com , content.truste.com)". It is possible, though unlikely, that someone may be trying to intercept your communication with this web site.
If you suspect the certificate shown does not belong to "s2.wordpress.com", please cancel the connection and notify the site administrator.
I'm not having the problem, but is it possible that you are using:
Under Profile -> "Browser Connection" and this option is checked: "Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages (Learn More)"

That is not the problem.
Specifically, when I attempt to access my Dashboard the Security Error: Domain Mismatch window appears with the below information.

I have no idea why this certificate all of a sudden -- seemingly out of the blue -- showed up today when I tried to access my Dashboard. What do you advise???

It was a stab in the dark. Sorry it didn't help.
I am a bit frustrated with not know what to do with this certificate. If I cancel the certificate I am not allowed access to my Dashboard and my web site. Consequently, I am not able to post to my web site or address other issues related to my web site. Could some one please help me know how to proceed?
I do not know if this security error is of major proportions -- and as a result Staff can not give me specific instructions with how to proceed -- but I have not been able to access my Dashboard or web site for almost 24 hours. Can someone please help me to know whether it is safe to the certificate?

That's okay. I tried something that seems to have worked. I switched browsers, from SeaMonkey to Flock. It opened up in Flock without that security alert. Then I quit Flock and reopened my blog in SeaMonkey again--now, no security alert!!
I have never heard of Flock disembedded. I am not sure if by opening my web site in Flock -- thus allowing the certificate -- is safe in the long run my friend.
My question thus involves the security of the certificate. Is the certificate -- as described above -- part of WordPress.com or is the security certificate a rogue certificate that is wanting to gain access to my web site -- for whatever reason -- disembedded?
I know that Sea Monkey is very secure, but I do not know if Flock, like Internet Explorer has security vulnerabilities. Therefore, I am reluctant to opening my web site in a browser that is not as secure as Sea Monkey.
What are your thoughts my friend?
