Not possible to update the Credit Card information in My Upgrades

    Hi,

    I tried to change the credit card information in Store -> My upgrades, but it's not possible to do there. The site only says that my credit card has expired, but doesn't give any link or field where I could update the credit card information. Could you help me?

    The blog I need help with is menestystekija.fi.

    You can update your credit card on file under Users > Personal Settings:

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. For some reason, there is not such a field as "Stored Credit Card Details" in the Users -> Personal Settings, so I cannot change the credit card details. Is there any other way to do this? The current credit card details saved in the settings (which I cannot even find) are not mine, but as I'm the main administrator now, I should be able to update my credit card details.

    For security reasons, users cannot view or edit someone else's credit card details, only your own.

    The user who purchased the upgrade can log in, go to Store > My Upgrades, and edit their credit card details by clicking "Update credit card" next to the upgrade:

    Hi,

    What if the user who purchased the upgrade is not administrating/writing the blog anymore? Should we contact this person to solve this problem, or can I somehow add my credit card details in the system, as I'm the main administrator now, and my credit card details should be in the system? I cannot do this in the Store -> My upgrades or Users -> My personal settings.

    A good option would be for the person who is no longer administering the site and paying for upgrades to transfer ownership of the entire site, including its upgrades, to you. They can do this by logging into their WordPress.com user account and posting a message right here in this thread, confirming that we have their permission to do the transfer. Once that's done, I'll be glad to take care of the transfers.

    Thanks for confirming. I've transferred site ownership as well as ownership of the domain-mapping upgrade for menestystekija.wordpress.com to jonnasaarinen.
